Is this officially licensed?
Yes. Every piece is officially licensed by Sanrio and UC Irvine. Look for the Officially Licensed Collegiate Product hologram on the tag.
How does it fit?
Relaxed, unisex. Most women size down one for a fitted look and take their usual size for oversized. If you're between sizes, size down.
When will it ship?
Ships in 2 business days. After that, most California orders take 2 to 3 days in transit; the rest of the country usually takes 3 to 6. You get a tracking link by email.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $125. Under that, standard is $6.95 and express is $14.95.
What if it doesn't fit?
Need another size? Size swaps are available within 30 days on unworn apparel with tags. Email hello@shopmerchu.com with your order number and the size you need. Swaps are for size only, and stickers are final sale. Full details are on the Shipping & Size Swaps page.
Will sold-out sizes come back?
We restock when we can. Join the restock list and you'll hear first.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Ship it straight to the dorm: use the student's full name and the mailroom address exactly as the school lists it. Want the price left off the packing slip? Email hello@shopmerchu.com with your order number right after you order.
