Shipping
- Ships in 2 business days.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $125. Under $125, standard shipping is $6.95 and express is $14.95.
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- We ship within the United States. Once shipped, most California orders take 2 to 3 days in transit; the rest of the country usually takes 3 to 6.
- Shipping to a dorm? Use the student's full name and the mailroom address exactly as the school lists it.
Size swaps
Short version: need another size? We'll swap it. Everything else is final sale.
- Swap any hoodie, crewneck or tee for a different size of the same item within 30 days of delivery.
- The item has to be unworn, unwashed, with the tags on.
- Email hello@shopmerchu.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll send instructions and hold the new size for you while the original is on its way back.
- Swaps depend on what's in stock. If the size you need is sold out, join the restock list for that size.
What we don't do
- No returns and no refunds. Swaps are for size only.
- Stickers are final sale.
- Items that arrive worn, washed or without tags can't be swapped.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email a photo to hello@shopmerchu.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
